THE HOBBIT: AN UNEXPECTED JOURNEY opens the week of December 10th in much of the world. Tolkien/Middle Earth fans - how about let's do a challenge leading up to the opening?
I've designed this challenge to run for 16 weeks, through the last full week of December, since the film doesn't open in some markets until that week and it can be nice to have some structure to fall back on during the holidays. You don't have to join at the beginning of the challenge or do all the weeks if that doesn't work for you.
This challenge has weekly check-ins, although that's just for your benefit. You won't lose points or anything for missing check-ins. You can join the challenge at any time. Your goal can be anything related to your personal health or fitness - it doesn't have to be weight loss. You can check in on whatever day works for you.
