Thanks for the lovely welcome! :-) I definitely need to hear that I can do it, because I've done nothing but gain weight my entire adult life. Anytime I've lost weight, I immediately start to doubt myself.. Also I get discouraged at the slow progress.. Then I fall into old habits again.

just tell urself its NOT a diet its a lifestyle CHANGE! make small changes at a time. slow n steady steps make for longer stronger permanant changes!
