Under 300 pounds for the first time in almost 6 years!!!
I started in February with Atkins, got to 315 and was maintaining... but I decided I was sick of being fat, sick of being ugly, and sick of not feeling confident enough to get a date!
So I went on here, made an account, joined the local Y and started exercising.
I am proud to say, over the past month or so of this I went from 312 to 296!
I am SO phyched to be able to fit a size 26 jean again! COMFORTABLY! Without it needing to have elastic waist bands!
Here's to more lost weight and skinnier clothes!!!! XD
Awesome stuff. - I think this forum is the difference for me too. It has helped me change my attitude towards me, food and exercise - the spin offs in other areas of my life as well.
Good for you! Keep moving, your post was very encouraging for someone like myself that hasn’t kicked them self to get going. Like you, I am sick of being fat, ugly and the big person in the group. Thanks for the uplifting read, p.s. I have not worn jeans in 15 years
Yay congrats good job! I remember that feeling the last size jeans I bought were a size 26 and after that I just gave up finding any that fit and haven't worn any in years, during my weight loss around 250lbs I didn't think I could get in them even yet I tried them on and they are falling off of me I was like wow because I didn't even expect to get them up, now I can't even wear them I'm about in a size 20 now, then I realized wow I must be smaller now than I was in highschool because that's the last time I remember wearing that size in jeans. Keep it up soon those 26 jeans will drop right off of you!
