I didn't take starting pictures, but in the first I was at 194 (12 pounds lost) and in the second I was at 174 (32 pounds lost). I think these picture illustrate how strength training helps you look better at a higher weight. I just can't recommend lifting enough. It's done me a world of good!

Seeing transformations like this makes me want to start lifting! Might have to pluck up the courage and get my butt to the gym
