Food: I'm following myfitnesspal and it says I should have 1560 in calories so my goal will be to have between 1460 and 1660 every day (give myself a little room on both sides of what they give me).
Water: Drink at least 2 of my water bottles (each hold 20oz) a day full of water.
Exercise: P90X whatever it calls for. There is 1 rest day but even on that day I will try to do the stretch one some other moderate exercise. (Wednesdays are the planed rest day)

9/2: 2 (I ate too much... I was doing really good all day and then we went to the store and bought a single serving of ice cream... at least I only went over by around 100 calories and the scale still went down today and I only bought one of those little ice creams so there is no more in the house)

9/24: 4 When I put my weight in this morning it recommended that I change the amount of calories I'm eating because of my lower weight. From here on out to in my food range it will be 1400-1600. They said 1500 but again this gives me some room on either side... which seems to be working for me
