Hey lilypad! I'm back too. I was off for a long time. I too came back with the intention of going slow this time. Every other time I wanted it too fast and got too disappointed when it didn't happen and fell off the wagon. My short term goal is down 15lbs by Nov. 6th and I have roughly 10 more to go. I'm also trying to focus more on healthy behaviors like working out at least 4 times a week over weight loss and not depending on the scale so much. Good luck, you aren't alone!
