I tried nutrisystem once about 5 years ago. It was horrible, eating military meals in those packets. Ladies, you can save your money and just eat healthy fruits, veggies, and whole grains, and lean proteins. I lost almost 80 pounds by just changing my lifestyle and eating habits. I have kept it off over 2 years too. Exercise is key as well. I run about 20 miles a week and cross train about 18 miles a week. It works....and fresh food tastes best. This is just my honest opinion.
