I can't speak to your program, but I can tell you this is a normal reaction to a calorie-restrictive diet. For many people, the lack of hunger will last one or a few weeks, and usually your appetite returns. If you were a calorie counter, I would suggest you eat as much as you possibly can- don't go under your goal amount too much. Otherwise you might find your appetite comes back stronger than it would normally. This has been the case for me in the past, and I've heard others describe it as well.
