I bought some bottled green tea yesterday but when I got home and looked at the ingredients, I wasn't sure it's allowed on phase 1. I've listed the ingredients below and hope that someone can advise me.

water, fruit extract, green tea extract, acidity regulator, and natural lemon flavorings.

It has no added sugar or artificial ingredients. Do you all think it would be okay?

Green tea is fine, as long as it doesn't contain sugar or corn syrup.
