hEY ALL, i JUST WANTEd TO ShARE MY FiRST MiNi GOAL WiTh EVERYONE. i hAVE bEEN WORkiNG OUT VERY hARD. AND EATiNG GOOD. AND i ThOUGHT ALL ThiS TiME iT WASNT REALLY PAYiNG Off UNTiL i PUT SOME PiCTURES BESiDE EACh OThER. i GUESS WE ARE OUR TUFFEST CRiTiCS! :/ ANYWAYS i AM SUPER EXCiTED TO SAY ThAT i AM OffiCiALLY hALf WAY TO MY PREPREGNANCY WEiGHT.

iN 55 DAYS iVE LOST 41 POUNDS, 10 iNChES fROM MY WAiST, AND 5 iNChES fROM MY hiPS. i AM SUPER EXCiTED TO kEEP GOiNG AND CANT WAiT UNTiL i REACh MY FULL GOAL WhiCh i AM 104 POUNDS AWAY fROM!!

PLEASE iF ANYONE hAS ANY ADViCE fOR ME OR TiPS PLEASE FEEL fREE TO LET ME kNOW.. i AM ALWAYS iNTERESTED iN hEALThY WAYS TO GET fiT!! GL EVERYONE WhO iS CONTiNUEiNG THEiR WEiGHT LOSS jOURNEY AND NEW LifE LONG FiTNESS!! <3

@kami08 ThANK YOU. i DONT hAVE A SPECiFiC DiET.. i TRY TO kEEP MY CARBS LOW. i ALWAYS EAT i hiGH FiBER BREAKfAST. ANd i DONT COUNT CALORiES.. BUT BEFORE i EAT ANYTHiNG i ALWAYS READ hOW MANY CALORiES CARBS FiBERS ETC ARE iN iT.. AND MAkE SURE i AM AWARE OF iT. i TRY NOT TO EAT TO LATE.. i WORk OUT 6-7 DAYS A WEEk MOSTLY CARDiO!! AND i NEVER GiVE UP KNOW MATTER hOW BAD i FEEL SOME DAYS.
