Just woke up at 3:15pm. It was a loooong 26-hour shift yesterday but the vending machine garbage food wasn't too enticing, and beside the dark choco dipped orange slice, I was totally on plan.

Wt: 171.2 -- guess I won't be seeing the 160s this week. This probably has much to do with my excess snacking though it was OP and I was always under 1400 cals. Oh well... I'll just have to push extra-hard next week!!

Well last night was far from perfect. I was thrown a surprise party complete with all sorts of bad food. Scale is, of course, up today and I'm a bit hungover I think I'll extend P1 by an extra few days before transitioning just to be sure my cravings are all gone since I wasn't totally clean for the first 14.
