Default 9 More pounds till i hit the 50 pounds mark!

i woke up last Friday (i always weigh myself on Fridays) and i was 173! i started out at 214 41 pounds lost and i can't tell you how happy I am I started out his very insecure girl and with every pound lost its boosting my confidence and making me much happier! I'm kinda scared that losing these last pounds is going to be extremely challenging but I am ready to put up a fight to loose the rest of this weight and get back to a healthy life style!

Well done you. Strangely I have lost exactly 41lbs myself too from a very similar starting weight to you! It's a great feeling isn't it? Best of luck with the remainder.

Default We've lost the same amount, and CONGRATULATIONS

41 lbs. is an awesome amount to have lost. Good job. I've lost the same amount, and today had a mini-moment of success. I had to buy some new clothes that fit, better than the sacks, I'd been wearing. A few short months ago(2 & 1/2), I was a 3x, today I fit a xl in the regular size section! All I could do is stare at myself, in the dressing mirror. I was so shocked! I just had to share, it feels pretty good!

You can only take down one pound at a time but I for sure know that the big numbers are scary.

I always thought ah well im only a "couple of stone" overweight so never imaged I would lose more than 30 so 40 is an intimidating number for me as well, and 50 well thats really something and you're so close another month or two now, let your body do its thang.
