Good luck! I do warn you, the first few days may be difficult. Your body has probably been used to large amounts of carbs your whole life. Suddenly reducing so much makes a lot of people feel like crap. But if you feel awful and want to give up, just know that it does get so much better, usually in less than a week. You can do it!
