Busted my butt today to try and get an even better number for my challenges tomorrow. Sooo tired.

162.5 lbs Bleh...knew this was coming. Didn't get to do most of my exercise yesterday, ate dinner after 9 pm, and sat in an office that was over 100 degrees all day. Tomorrow will be better.

8/5: DNW...well, weighed and the scale swung 3 kg down, then when I stepped on again 2 kg up and I realized that a new battery was necessary. Might be a few days before I manage to locate the right size :/

(Now if only I could replace that 6 with a 5...)
