TGIF! Phase 1, Week 10, Day 1
Breakfast - Proti-Diet Blueberry Pancakes w/dash of both cinnamon & vanilla
Lunch - Proti-Diet Chicken soup mixed into leftover beef stew (no meat, just veggies & broth left over), and mixed lettuces
Snack - IP Bar
Supper - oops, forgot to get turkey burger out of freezer to thaw, so not sure now. Will have to pick something up at the store on the way home. Using bok choy for my veggie - torn between a couple of different recipes.
Breakfast: IP Vanilla Drink Lunch: IP Chicken Soup with steamed cauliflower Dinner: 4 oz canned Tuna, 1 hardboiled egg, 2 cups cucumber and bell peppers Snack: IP Cappuccino Drink on ice (love this, it's like an iced coffee treat!)
Phase 1: Week 22, Day 8 ^^Yes, I am adding an extra day to the week - it should officially be my first Phase 2 day, but I forgot and already packed my Phase 1 lunch. Phase 2 starts tomorrow though!

1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Bit of Rhubarb stewed w/WF Strawberry Spread
9am --crispy cereal and zucchini pancakes with WF apple butter
12-- awesome big salad with lots of romaine and pretty veggies
3--pudding shake with WF caramel syrup and iced 1/2 caff
6--bike with the family to Subway for a spinach and grilled chicken salad
9--frozen wild berry yogurt (I really will want alcohol at this point because I will have finally finished my final essay and am getting ready for vacation!)
128 oz water throughout the day!
B: 2 hb egg whites, coffee, skim
B#2: IP cappucino drink
L: spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, cucumber salad with EVOO and salt, IP broccoli soup
S: chocolate pudding shake
D: 8 oz grilled salmon on steamed cauliflower and broccoli
We are lucky in that we go to a restaurant where one of the servers is on IP and she helps me with choices on the menu.
Breakfast : Premade vanilla drink
Lunch : Chicken noodle soup and cucumbers with mustard
Dinner : Lobster salad (lettuce, pickles, onion, green peppers, and cucumber), No dressing
Snack : Chocolate pudding with WF chocolate syrup and a black coffee
