@12pm: I have IP chili on my plan today but I need to find a recipe, I'll have soup again w/ 1 c veggies blended in (I'm lovin this)
: if out: vanilla crispy square (guess chili for another day). If home, Piņa colada smoothie, depends on what time I need a snack. Getting hungry (10:30 am) so leaning toward the crispy square. I can still have 4th packet if needed, as well.
@ 7pm: 8 oz roasted turkey
.5 c green beans
.5 c cukes w/ onion in vinegar/stevia (summer cuke salad)
