Phase 1: Week 22, Day 7
Breakfast@8am: Spinach Mocha Latte
IP Chocolate RTD
Spinach + Romaine
2.5 cups Half-Caf
WF Caramel
1 Splenda
Lunch@12pm: Hearty Soup
IP Chicken Soup <--forgot my packet yesterday and it RUINED my day!
Roasted Cauliflower, Celery, & Garlic Puree
Snack@4pm: Pineapple Banana Puffs
IP Pineapple Banana Drink Mix
2 Egg Whites
1/8 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Phase 1, week 2, day 1
Breakfast: IP Herb & Cheese omelette, garlic cauli-mashed homefries (a first attempt, I'm going to play around with it till I get it right!)
Lunch: IP Veg chili, zucchini, romaine salad w/ WF caesar
Dinner: For me, Burger in a Bowl. For the rest of the fam, regular burgers!
Snack: IP Blueberry cran-granata drink mixed with plain carbonated water (we own a SodaStream machine) for fizz!

Diced turnips make great hash browns...
I am phase 1 ing to lose my vacation creep weight!
Breakfast - ip vanilla pudding shake
Cardio kickboxing for 1 hour
Lunch -ip chicken soup with 1 c mashed cauliflower and lots of curry powder
Salad with 1 cup cucumber and oil and vinegar dressing
Snack - simply bar
(possibly going to weightlifting workout tonight, if so I will have 2 hb eggs before)
Dinner-8 oz steak BBQ d with 2 cups grilled asparagus and Zuchinni
Possible extra shake as snack if I go to both classes. Maybe potato puffs!

Dinner: 8 oz Chicken, salad with 2 cups bell peppers and cucumbers
Snack: IP Pudding Shake (Lemon or Vanilla - haven't decided yet!)

Lunch@12pm: I have IP chili on my plan today but I need to find a recipe, I'll have soup again w/ 1 c veggies blended in (I'm lovin this)
Snack: if out: vanilla crispy square (guess chili for another day). If home, Piņa colada smoothie, depends on what time I need a snack. Getting hungry (10:30 am) so leaning toward the crispy square. I can still have 4th packet if needed, as well.
Dinner @ 7pm: 8 oz roasted turkey
.5 c green beans
.5 c cukes w/ onion in vinegar/stevia (summer cuke salad)

Is the lemon pudding good as a shake? I haven't tried that one. I usually make the lemon pudding into muffins.

9am--1/2 of my chocolate pudding mini muffins
10--exercise
10-30--the other 1/2
12--salad with 2 cups veggies, salt, evoo and vin
2pm--vanilla pudding shake
6--8oz turkey burger, rutabega fries and salad
9pm--? maybe a butterscotch pudding in some tea.

It's not bad, I usually add a bit of lemon juice to make it a bit more tart.

Fantastic suggestion! I have to practice the turnip fries a little more, they didn't come out right, but I'll bet shredded they'd be great as hash!

I have to say, I got one a couple of years ago (before they started showing up on QVC and every department store) and I love love LOVE it. Hubby has always been a bad soda drinker (He's type 1 diabetic and can go through a 2L of diet soda like it was nothing) and the ingredients list on the SodaStream syrups wasn't nearly as bad as the bottle sodas. Plus less waste, and I can make plain bubbly water whenever I want and flavor it with fruit!
