Phase 1: Week 1, Day 4

Lunch@12pm: I have IP chili on my plan today but I need to find a recipe, I'll have soup again w/ 1 c veggies blended in (I'm lovin this)

Snack: if out: vanilla crispy square (guess chili for another day). If home, Piņa colada smoothie, depends on what time I need a snack. Getting hungry (10:30 am) so leaning toward the crispy square. I can still have 4th packet if needed, as well.

Is the lemon pudding good as a shake? I haven't tried that one. I usually make the lemon pudding into muffins.

It's not bad, I usually add a bit of lemon juice to make it a bit more tart.

Fantastic suggestion! I have to practice the turnip fries a little more, they didn't come out right, but I'll bet shredded they'd be great as hash!

I have to say, I got one a couple of years ago (before they started showing up on QVC and every department store) and I love love LOVE it. Hubby has always been a bad soda drinker (He's type 1 diabetic and can go through a 2L of diet soda like it was nothing) and the ingredients list on the SodaStream syrups wasn't nearly as bad as the bottle sodas. Plus less waste, and I can make plain bubbly water whenever I want and flavor it with fruit!

Oh! It was a real pleasure meeting Molly (wingnutandme) last night! Her foot is still bothering her a fair amount, but otherwise doing well.
