Look at it like this, you are trying. That is more than a lot of other people out there. Every set back may seem like a mountain, but when you step back and look at the bigger picutre, you realize it is only a mole hill that you can tackle. You started at 218 pounds. Today, you sit roughly 40 pounds lighter. That is A LOT to be proud of! Chin up...you can do it!

Yea, you're right. It just seems I am so close and something happens and I'm right back a few lbs heavier. But it's all my fault. I can't blame anyone . I went on a eating binge the last week. Although I loved every minute of it, now I'm suffering the consequences. I'm stuck in a rut and I need to get out of it. I was down to 175 lbs and I shot back up with my eating binge of fast food, candy and wine.
Thank you for the motivation. I will remember your post and stay motivated. I needed the pep talk. Thank you!

SW: water weighted up to 179 (thanks, neck piercing. )
CW: 179
HW: 175 (by 8/20 and then maybe 173 by 9/1, LOL RIGHT. )
GW: 169 ()
As long as I can get to my 175 by the time I go on vacation on 8/25, I'll be a happy camper. That was my first 'long term goal' before I got almost there and realized that, lol, I could drop another 15lbs... SO, lower I go..

We can do it girl. I was disappointed that I was up to 9.2 lbs last month and it all fell through when I decided to go on a Thelma and Louise eating binge. It's my fault. I can't blame anyone.
I just looked back at the July thread and I didn't realize that I had lost 5 lbs. So, I think I did good despite of my shortcomings with the food binge.
