Hello!

I started South Beach on Monday July 20th, I weighed in today and am down 5 pds.

I am happy to have found this website to share my thoughts and goals and successes with everyone..

I am also happy to read all the positive results everyone is getting! Makes me ultra motivated!!

I cant wait to reach my goal weight!
