Maybe you could move your posts here if you want and you posted today.

We went out for lunch at one of our favorite places that has started having daily specials. I quite consciously went off plan and had the special which was cheese enchiladas. They were delicious and I won't overdo the rest of the day.

Sandra, I'm sorry to hear about your brother. He will likely be healthier, and hopefully he can get his mind around it all and have a good recovery.

Rhonda, thank you for the new pages. I'm sorry I missed your calls. We were coming home from the doctor in Ft. Worth. I was driving. Curtis was gimpy. My cellphone was in my purse in the back seat. I couldn't get to it. We're looking forward to you and Doyle coming.

I took the day off from program yesterday but am back on track today. (I didn't do too well Sunday either.)

Vickie, what did you find out about Brodie?

Sandra, I was out when you called back. I'll email or call again.

Now, what was i saying about being good for the rest of the day? And, earlier about no added sugar? hmmm, what did I say? Ha! I bought fresh peaches and made a cobbler. It was fantastic. No ice cream on top though.

Rhonda, cobbler? Mmmmmmmmm. Sounds delicious. When I was a young girl, my mother would bake cobblers and we'd pour a little milk on them. I was grown before I started using ice cream. We're driving up to Ft. Worth for PT shortly. Just shoot me an e or call when you can.

Nancy, I have been thinking you'd prob want to go ahead and get listed soon. Good luck. I hope all goes well for you. My food's been not so good lately, too.

Needless to say I didn't go to WW yesterday. I'll go next Tues and step on the iron monster. Yuck! I did get back OP yesterday. We're out of fruit now except for some Clementines. I'm heading to the store shortly after Curtis' PT today.

Vickie, what did you find out about Brodie?

Maryann, how's your day?

Good Morning Ladies

Today I had a Mass for Leo as tomorrow is his birthday, than I went to the cemetery and but some flowers a flag and a birthday bow on the stone. Than I went over to our former choir directors grave and put down a little ceramic bear at the grave site. We really miss her as our other choir director is nor forceful enough and let people walk all over her. I started to be a mouth piece for her as I can't help seeing her being walked on.

Sears is coming in a few minutes to clean out my dryer lint hose as a precaution not to have a fire started it hasn't been done in 5 years. Bought a gadget from the repair/lint clearer man that when plugged in will show a red button come on when my lint hose has to be cleaned again.

I came to this thread as I see we are all using Rhonda's.Thanks for the new pages. Rhonda & Sandra,That the reason I don't start of new thread always afraid of duplicating.

SANDRA-Had a productive day went walking along the beach early yesterday for the heavy rain came in.Than washed down the kitchen and bathroom. Later in the day I did find time to relax, and read some of the catalogs that come in the mail. You deserve to take time off from time to time from WW. The both plans never worked for me so I just counting calories and watching my carbs. Lost 2 lbs this month,so If I can do that again in Aug,I would be grateful.

NANCY- I do LOVE it up here even though the tourist do get you down with all that traffic, but than again I live here and they have to go home to where they live so that's my advantage. We normally down do tourist things in July & Aug we usually wait for Sept and Oct.,but tomorrow my friend Rita and I decided to go to MV anyway.

Have to go,have a great day

Sandra, yes, milk on cobbler, or cream....that's what we did at home also.
It's just toooooo good.

Nancy, mostly gluten free, but not the cobbler! It's not so difficult for me. I don't miss bread too much, or I eat Ezekial.

Nothing much here today.

Yesterday was the 26th anniversary of my husband's death. He died so young...only 35 years old.

wow, I can't believe I haven't posted this week. I guess because I've been busy. I got the hoarder room painted and need to get it back in order.

Sandra, best of luck to your brother. Prayers that everything goes well.

Rhonda, I was getting dizzy trying to follow the threads. I saw 3 new ones. Cobbler must be more a southern thing. My grandma used to make the best apple pies.

Maryann, better safe than sorry with the dryer. I think we need to clean ours too.

Nancy good luck with your house inspection.

We are leaving in the morning to spend a few days in Michigan. It will be good to get away.

See you all when I get back.

Rhonda, enjoy!

We're going to the potluck at church tonight. I made a WW cake using pistachio pudding, pineapple rings, and lime jello. Sort of an experiment. Curtis and I just tasted it. I like it but the lime taste overpowers the pistachio.
