Carol, I don't think so. It doesn't say Walk Strong anywhere on the box. It is 2 miles in 30 min. It came with 2 pound hand weights. The walkers use either no weights, one pounds, two pounds or three pounds in this walk. I usually do 2 pounds in each hand, sometimes add 1 pound to each for a total of 3 pounds in each hand.
I'm back and ready to get back on track! I told myself I was going to enjoy my time away (went to AR to visit family) and get back to walking/exercising!, tomorrow is that day! Can't believe that it is July already!
I did 2 miles this morning. I used the new Just Walk 4 Mile Power Walk... and I love it!!! what a workout! I know this... walking at the mall during lunch does not compare to these newer walks of Leslies whew!

2 mile (WATP) Slim & Thin...trying to get back on track after no exercise for 5 days, ugh! I think next time I am going to see if I can get a dvd player in the motel and at least do a 30 mn workout!
Oh my goodness Carol! My son took his laptop...didn't even think about using that, good grief! Most definitely will next time!
So far this morning I have done the WATP 2 mile slim and thin and the 1 mile with booster. Plan either a walk outdoors this evening, mowing the backyard or another dvd, depends on how hot it gets today and whether or not I feel like getting out in it, lol!
A lot of people don't know what the slim and thin dvd is so I posted a link above, and of the 1 mile walk. I love doing the slim-shape-sculpt ones...hate lunges and squats but it's not so much that I can't or won't do.
Hey ladies! I got in the 3 Mile Weight Loss walk with 2# weights this morning. Would love to say I'll get in more before we leave Sunday for our vacation week, but I'd probably be lying. I have vowed to get back on track seriously with exercise and food when we return.
I thought of using my laptop to play a DVD while gone, but not sure there is room in our tiny little cottage. I may try to get out and walk around the resort area.
