Ladybug10 - I have also done it pretty slow this time. I started on March 23rd and have been counting calories with My Fitness Pal and it has worked out great! Don't feel like I am on a diet at all and average about .50 - 1lb a week. Best of luck!
Thank you! I got on the scale today and it said 136. Hopefully this sticks through the first week of August. I've been trying not to weigh myself every day like I used to so I'll check again on the weekend. Best of luck to you too.
