old navy and target have those sizes. I have some nice workout "gear" and don't pay alot at either place. I am a 18 right now too. Go to the woman's shop at old navy. they have a size chart that will help

I get all my stuff from Sports Direct and I think some of their stuff goes up to 18-20. Although I usually go into the shop, so not sure what the online service is like.

I would recommend going into sport places (probably more places like Primark etc. have larger sizes) and trying the gear on because I will not wear work out clothes that I don't feel right in and I have larger sizes just so i dont feel so exposed. I personally dont like cotton as much as the stretch stuff.

I got a great thick lycra set in Primark before christmas and got the jacket in a size 20 so it would fit like a normal jacket rather than a skin tight thing, I would go for plus sized for sure, be comfortable better going up a few sizes with tight clothes that you have to move so much in.

I managed to get some stuff in tk maxx. I just went to xxl etc. Most people might say to avoid the tighter sports trousers but I preferred them as the stopped me wobbling about. I also got some stuff from decathalon. I think the secret is to wear something you feel comfy in. I used old joggies and t-shirts until I knew it was going to last more than the usual month or so. Happy shopping.

I got my running tights/leggings from Nike. I bought an XL and I'm a size 18. I also got my sports bra from there too. My tshirts are just semi loose men's tshirts from primark/h&m etc in a Medium.
