i have been bouncing up and down from 206ish to 212ish over the past few weeks. Its like I'll be good for 4 or 5 days then bad for a day or two rinse and repeat

165.8, down 1.4 lbs. from last Friday. Had a bit of a gain mid-week but I think that was hormone related. I'm happy to be down instead of up overall.

Yesterday was my first weigh-in. 128.5lbs Hopefully each week I'll slowly make progress. :-)
