Default NSV: My cholesterol is "okay"!

I met up with my doctor yesterday to discuss my bloodwork. A couple of months ago, my LDL cholesterol was 168 mg/dL, which is HIGH. LDL is the bad cholesterol. This isn't a big deal, but I'm proud to say that when I went in yesterday, he said that my cholesterol was "dramatically different" and went from being "pretty bad" to "okay" at 105 mg/dL! It's almost optimal, he said!
Even though I'm still wearing the same pants size from when I began my health overhaul, at least I know that I'm positively affecting my health.

Thanks! I started the South Beach diet about six weeks ago. Even with a bit of red wine drinking during phase I (cheating), I think that the diet overhaul was what pulled my numbers down. I only started exercising two weeks ago, so I doubt that that was the sole cause, but it probably helped. Yay, eating right!
