Default P-P-P-Plateau Breaker!! (NSV)

It finally broke!

Yesterday I dropped to 214 after my body freaked out almost two weeks ago when I first hit it and gained back 2 lbs overnight! And today....*drumroll* 213!!

I still won't make it to my 208 goal by the end of the month, but maybe...just maybe...I can set foot into my new apartment next month at 212

Yaaayyy!!! I know just how horrible it feels to hit plateau! So I am very happy for you! Keep that optimism girl! And you'll be seeing that scale hit 208 lbs in no time!

Yay! I've seen your posts about how frustrating your plateau was, I'm so happy for you that you broke through it! Way to keep at it!

The Canadians are on a roll - congrats, Katbot. Hmmm...maybe I should move to Canada. I'd most likely lose weight, especially if I walked there.

I'm still freakin HUNGRY though, even though I'm eating regularly and well (in fact I'm noshing on a brunch (woke up too late for brekkers) 6'' turkey sub from subway - 380 cals all in! It's almost gone and I want MORE though).

I think my body still doesn't want to "accept" the 213. But it dang well doesn't have a choice!

Congrats! I've been in the same 2lb range for the past month, so I understand the plateau frustration. I hope some of that Canadian luck is heading my way soon.
