Weekly weigh in September 1st
Well it is Monday and my serious OP and exercise program for the Halloween challenge starts tommorrow.
Thought I would weigh in to get my self started...
I am still at 164 lbs.

Ruth, your skin absorbs water when you soak in a bath....seriously......it does!!! Ignore that number from tonight, and start fresh in the morning.

Well, I weighed in this morning and I am still 199.5! Poop! I really did stay on plan yesterday and did some walking but this stubborn old bod is hanging on to the weight. Of course, maybe the bath water is still there.
This is going to change. Today's goal is to drink more water - by mouth, not through the skin!

219 I gained two pounds also, but I have been off plan for about 2 weeks, so that is really not as bad as I had feared. Back on track today, and ready for the Halloween challenge!!!!
