Default Non-scale victory : new-old pants

I am so excited about this I have to post! In my closet I have many pairs of pants hung up, with a divider on the right for pants that are too big and a divider on the left for pants that used to fit but are now too small (and the currently fitting ones in the middle). Slowly I've been moving the dividers to the left as I lose weight so that fewer and fewer pants are in the too small category and more and more are in the fits or too big category.

Well, today the smallest pair of pants in the closet fit me! I have none left in my too small category. And this pair of pants (which I love) hasn't fit me for at least 3, maybe 4 years. They are a nice red pair of summer capris, which is just what I need on a hot day like today.

Once I lose even more weight I'll have to buy more pants! This is a nice coincidence because a cool looking plus size consignment shop just opened nearby...

That is so awesome!!!! I don't use dividers but have several pairs of pants in my closet that are too small. It's nice to be able to move them into the section of clothes I can wear when it happens!

I have also gotten to the point where I have no smaller pants. I started at a size 22 and am now an 16/18. The smallest I had was 18, so the size 16 jeans I'm wearing I bought new

I can't get over that I am 1 size away from 14, which is 1 size away from 12. Twelve always seemed like the biggest "normal" size, so it's always been a goal of mine. Sixteen is the smallest I can ever remember wearing, even in high school.
