I am new here. Just started this week. Do you eat the same food list the whole time you are in the losing stage? I am going to need some ideas on cooking creative foods.....so I don't get bored with salad and meat.
Welcome JMF! Sorry to say the food list does not change. You may want to check out the recipe thread for some ideas or check out the MRC cookbook. I haven't used many of the recipes in the cookbook as many of them call for the HNS supplements and I don't like they way they taste (specifically the soups and puddings). I can choke them down by themselves but don't want my whole meal messed up by the taste!
