You cant say you havent cheated, then follow it with "at least not enough to count". It all counts. Processed wheat is not a healthy whole food. A lot of fruit = a lot of sugar. You could very easily have a gluten and/or dairy sensitivity. Count calories. Track carbohydrates. Peanuts are a legume, not a nut, so try switching to a nut butter. Stop being fat phobic. When fat is taken out of something naturally fatty, it is almost always replaced with sugar.
