I find these daily OP help so I started the thread...
B; cheeseburger,sliced tomato, dill pickles
Snax; pepper slices and cr.cheese
Lunch;salad with vineragette and colby cheese
Dinner;brats with kraut,mustard, jello for dessert

Yesterday was my first day on Ph 2, so I reintroduced bread at lunch (I REALLY wanted a sandwich!), but honestly it didn't really fill me up and I felt hungry a few hours afterwards, so today I ate it for breakfast to see if it's any better.
The day before I went completely off plan and had a huge white hamburger bun, potato salad and cake/ice cream for a birthday, but they were very small servings. Yesterday I tried to put myself back on but had a few too many “sweet treats” and didn’t have enough veggies. Today I am back on 100%! I am going to try adding back in fruits instead of breads for the next few days to see how that goes, since I tend to get hungry after eating breads/starches.
Phase 1
B- puffed egg, salsa, bell pepper slices, deli ham slices
L- entree salad (probably out somewhere)
D- grilled beef burgers, sauteed mushrooms and snow peas, side salad, sauteed peppers and onions
Snacks- walnuts, protein bar
B: egg over easy and sausage aptty sliced 'mater
Sn: cheese stix
L: 2 hot dog no bun and cuke slices
D: meatloaf( I think) grilled yellow squash/zucchini
been ok being OP...had a purchase agreement for my house ..they need possession on 8/10 ...feversihly packing family of four and trying to find somewhere in the meantime until our house is built....not sleeping and stressed to the max..... guess what..they backed out ..I am furious
