Also I've started drinking 900x the amount of water as usual. With lemons
1350-ish calories a day. Watching salt intake because I like to retain all of the water all of the time, apparently.
I totally recommend her work outs. 30 minutes and totally kicks my butt. I also don't use weights because I can't find them, and she stilllll has me sweating.
