Default Starting Tomorrow
Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jennifer, and after hearing about IP, I have been researching like a crazy person. I found this forum and it gave me that push to know I could do this and it will work for me. I'm excited and yet nervious!!! I had my meeting today, got everything I needed for the first week, and left with a warm fuzzy feeling of "this is it, it will work for me, just follow the plan".

I'm sure I will have lots of questions. My goal right now is to keep it simple and just follow the plan as written. Later when I'm more comfortable with it I will try some of the different ways to get creative with my food.

Thanks so much for your push without you even knowing it!!

welcome!! we have very similar starting weights and I lost a total of 22 lbs the first month, if that gives you any motivation!!

I am very excited for my second month! this is an awesome resource!

kerrybaby, that really does help to motivate me. The one thing I have loved seeing is everyones GREAT results!!! Looking forward to my own.

Everyone here is so motivational, inspirational and most of all supportive. Any kind of question you can think of,someone has advice or suggestions.

I had a GREAT first day yesterday!!!! So far today I feel really good. Almost got my first 32oz of water in. Waiting on my 15 month old to get up so I can use the blender to make a shake.

I have been mentally preparing myself for not feeling well today and tomorrow, but so far so good!!!

And I agree about everyone on here being motivational!!!
