We accomplished 2,950 minutes of exercise in June!

Let's get this month started. Same pattern. Add in your minutes you did to the previous post old minutes. Let's grow the pot o' minutes!

Ticiabean, of course you can join. The Challenge is really to get as many minutes as we all can in terms of exercise for us PCOS women, since exercise helps our symptoms!
