Default Higher calorie healthy foods?

My weight loss has been stalled for over a month now and i have been advised it may be because i am eating too far below my BMR (my BMR is 1939 and i have been eating 1400 - 1600ish) so i am going to try upping my calories for a while to see if the scale will move again. its a really scary thought though! does anyone have any ideas for what i might eat that is not unhealthy? all i can think of is things like nuts, peanut butter and cheese. Thanks very much

Maybe add in some carbs? Rice has lots of calories but is a whole grain. More fruit may also add calories...higher sugar fruits like bananas might be good if you're looking to bulk up your calories without straight up junk...

Nuts are very good for you! In moderation - which can be hard. I'd definitely encourage you to add in some healthy fats - nuts, avocado, coconut products - they're very satiating and the body likes burning fat for fuel.

Quinoa, salads, fatty fish like salmon, fruit....
are you keeping a vdry strict tally of your calories? I only ask because you would want to make sure that you aren't eating more than you think.
Are you exercising?
My doctor said a 500 calorie deficit under my BMR was perfect.
I eat between 1500 and 1800 sometimes 1200 calories and I am losing just fine when I am stri t with what I eat. Maybe you're eating the wrong things?
