I am so excited that I just walked 25 minutes around the whole park (not sure how far it is but it's a big park). I took my dog and two of my kids. I can't wait to do it again! Next time maybe I will go a little farther/longer. I feel so good and refreshed! Being on this Site has motivated me to want to get MOVING! I do admit that it took me until mid day to actually do it but I did it and Im so proud of myself! Thank you 3FC!
