Default Try, try again. You can lose it.

Well I've done it. I lost 30lbs. I'm still dieting though. I have to lose 32lbs more. I'm on the Atkin's diet and it took 6 months to lose 30lbs. I hope I can get through another 6 months. I'm really watch myself now. You see my boyfriend broke up with me because I wasn't taking care of myself physically or finacially. My goal was to win him over again..I love him so much..So I decided I would lose weight and follow up with finding a job. I haven't found a job yet but *I'm looking.

Well I got my boyfriend back a few weeks ago he is so proud of me. He is very encouraging about my diet. He makes sure he has the right food in his house and that I don't go off it. Like yesturday I said I want chinees (can spell it sorry) and he said "Can you have it on your diet"? Of course I couldn't. So we decided to eat at his house instead. He keeps me from cheating by asking the simple question, "is it on you diet". I lost three pound this weekend when I was visiting him.

My goal is to start walking around the block every day at least twice for now. I have not excersized at all. I think the weight will come off faster if I do excersize. I hope so. I'll never be off a diet, I know that but man do I want a piece of french beard and some cake. No carb, low carb that's my thinking now, I have to stick to it and I will.

Thirty pounds!! Get it, girl! That's fabulous.
Keep on truckin' and it's fabulous you have support but don't forget...
it's YOUR body. You're making these changes because you deserve to be healthy and happy and feel sexy...regardless of what any man thinks. <3

I'm proud of you :]

Agree with DandelionCupcakes. Please make sure you are doing this for the right reasons. Don't try to lose weight to make a man happy. You need to do it for yourself, and most importantly your health. 30 lbs is awesome! Keep up the good work!
