Yep. I did a bunch of squats yesterday at the gym. Last night I was at the movies and for the entire movie, the muscles in my butt was spasming something shocking.

I always take it as a sign of a good workout :-)

I'm just going to come out and say I read 'itchy' ... lol Selective reading sometimes I swear.

Anyway,
I get that too with my upper thighs at the end of a high-effort cycling workout.
Feels funny.

I get it with my thighs too after a good hard exercise spell, use to freak me out till I realized it meant I'd worked my muscles well.

I kinda think I feel a sort of fluttering in certain areas, particularly legs hips when the weight is shifting! I have never heard anyone else mention this but I am convinced I can feel the fat shifting!
