Hello! I am just starting out and this is my 3rd day. Yesterday was kinda rough because I had a bad headacche all afternoon, but today I am doing pretty good so far
I have tried Atkins and Slim-fast and got some results, but then gained it all back. Hopefully this will be the last diet for me. I get to work about 45 minutes early each day and have decided to start walking prior to work. This mornin I walked for 40 minutes. I don't walk too fast because I don't want to sweat and smell all day.... :
But I just wanted to say hello and I love the recipes. I've printed them all out and can't wait to try some.
I've been here for a couple of weeks now and all I can say is "WOW"!!
The support here is incredible, and the kicks are there when you need them..honesty is the rule here, even when the carb gets you!!!!
