Default This is what I'm thinking about making for supper

Except I will substitute pickerel for basa (that's what we've got) And Panko bread crumbs instead of regular.

Thoughts? Reasonable calories/fat/sodium?

It turned out sub-par. The fish itself had lots of great flavor but the breadcrumb topping wasn't very good. I ended up scraping all of the sauce and breadcrumbs off and eating the fish. Which I guess made it more calorie efficient...
