Smile My Sister Lost Weight

My sister lost 5 pounds just by my cooking or lack thereof. I am so happy as she has MS and is in need of weight loss, but whenever I say something like let's do it together she always says no, food is all I have left. So by way of eating what I cook she has lost 5 pounds, she is almost doing SBD whether she likes it or not hehehe. So yippieeee for Doreen!! Now if I can just get her off white bread.....

Sflake, that's wonderful!! Extra weight doesn't help ANY health problem, and she'll feel that much better for not having to carry it around. Good for you... you are a great sister.

sflake, you and your sister have just proven that weight loss can be totally painless, and the "loser" doesn't need to feel deprived or starving!! Your sister's experience is a great testimonial for the SBD plan!

Great Job. Helping her can keep your own motivation up. Julie

I wish I had a sister like you to help me on a daily basis! I'm working so hard trying to get this first week under my belt!!!

My mother always used to say that helping others always helps yourself.
