Question Dumb Question re Almond Milk

This is probably a dumb question, but is almond milk considered dairy on SBD?

The only dumb question is the one not asked. But, Susie, I'm not sure of the answer to yours. I use almond milk and count it as part of my dairy intake, but I may be wrong since there's no milk in it.

Maybe someone with more knowledge will have the correct answer to this one.

I use it (unsweetened, of course) but don't count it as anything. At 40 calories it has very limited nutritional value. I just like it better

Almond milk is just ground almonds and water. It's not dairy .

Nope! You can still include nuts in your daily menu.
