Hello Ladies! I have missed you all! Life has been total chaos and ended up severely neglecting my online pals. I'm back and Ive made some big changes but I need some motivation to keep going!
Things have been going really well since the last time I was on here. The last time that I posted I had made a challenge for myself to drastically change my life... and needless to say it has been a really crazy ride. I told myself right at about 1 year ago that no matter what I was going to post pictures of myself in a year. I have NEVER been able to take pictures without feeling horrible about myself so that was a goal that I thought might be some motivation for me.
Well, I haven't quite reached my goal weight but I am a lot smaller than I was before. I am back here because I need motivation to keep going. I don't want to settle for "better" when I know I could get to my version of "best"... So I'm going to post some pics! Honestly, I have only been able to find 1 "before" pic of myself... Like I said, I avoid cameras like the plague. But I did keep the pair of jeans which about 9 months ago were the ONLY ones I had that fit.
I feel like I have hit a bit of a plateau and I'm not sure how to get past it... Any advice on kinda kicking myself into gear? Im so close to what my doc and I have decided is my goal weight... I don't want to give up now.
