I'm in for this challenge.. I will be at my goal weight by July 4th if no sooner so after myweight on Saturday I'll have an idea of what my goal will be. Just came off TOM and I know my body I need to wait at least 3/4 days after TOM to get an accurate weight..
air it is definitely TOM and if I were you I would weigh again like 3 days after TOM and for sure the scale should have moved down..

so being the scaleoholic that I am it made me realize that don't also use the scale as the only measurement of success and also I'm not going to weigh myself everyday or every other day but try maybe 2 times a week I'm going to try
