i worked in the yard for two hours yest (while my grandmother watched the baby) and i am SO sore today. i can hardly move my legs. amazing what a little yard work can do!

while my eating has not been diet worthy at least it's not non-stop like it had been.

lauren: maybe everyone has taken the summer off?

hi all. I know I haven't been around much - only on my daily journal. It's been so slow here on the thread.

Today I take ds off to law school. Some of you will remember when I took him to college - we've been here that long! It'll be a very emotional weekend for me - he will be so far away this time.

I got info in the mail from ww on how they are changing their program - you will have flex points, a certain amount per week it looks like, instead of banking. I haven't been there all summer. I knew I would be traveling a lot and didn't want to waste the money. May rejoin this fall??
