Default brain fog

When I walk into a room intending to do something, I get distracted and start something else only to realize I forgot to do what I wanted to begin with. I feel good just a little goofy. Anyone else doing this since starting IP? I'm in week 3 now.

yes, brain fog is part of this.

but, since i am naturally spacey it was hard to notice.

the best is forgetting what you are saying mid-sentence.

I had the worst brain fog last week ... Tuesday night I ran to CVS to get something came home and went in the house without turning off my car! Lucky my husband went to go somewhere later because I had no idea .... and to make matters worse Thursday I locked myself out of the house TWICE!!! I am usually spacey - but not that bad lol!!

Try upping your salt intake, it helped with the "fog"
