Have y'all ever changed your recording weight day? This is silly, but I always notice that I show more of a loss on Tuesday than my normal Monday weigh-in; it almost makes me wonder if I should start recording on Tuesdays instead. How do y'all do this?

I did actually. I usually lift heavy on Friday, and would weigh in on Saturday. On Saturday, I do cardio.
I noticed that weighing in on Saturdays I was always heavier because of the increased glycogen/water in my muscles from lifting the day prior. Weighing in on Sunday kind of helped me out with that because the long cardio session the day prior helps to deplete that glycogen and water from my muscles.
I did it too. I started out this time knowing that Monday was a terrible day for me all around. I went with Tuesday weigh ins. About 2 months ago, I switched it up to Wednesday. I know I tend to eat more on the weekends so weighing on Wednesday gives my body the couple days to "recover" if need be.
If thats how your body works for you, I say go for it.
I just did this recently. I actually weigh daily, but I used my Monday weigh-in as a gauge on weekly loss. Since I tend to eat more on the weekends, the Monday weigh-in was becoming depressing, so I changed it to Saturday.
I have different weigh in days for different things. Monday is my official weigh in day for tracking my May progress. Wednesday is my official weigh in day for my collective progress and for the Memorial Day Challenge here on 3FC. Also I record every day so technically every day is a weigh in day. HA! Sounds a little obsessive now that I've written it out.
I weigh every day but only change my ticker on Mondays, generally. Make the switch to whichever day you want, just pick one week to have a slightly longer period where you have an extra day to get to Tuesday, and then proceed weekly from there. Simple
