Deep breath!
You're at a lot lower weight so there's a lot to be said about weight loss slowing because you're working at a lot lower body mass.
As far as everything going wrong, I think you need to realize in the big picture you're healthier, more active, and changing your life. This is only a stall, not a reversal!
Bravo for you for switching up your exercise. Make sure you are working at the same level of intensity as you did before.
Also, you've made changes to your eating habits. Maybe that warrants a closer examination. I'm not sure what your eating plan is (counting calories, low-carb, etc) but try mixing it up. More calories in the morning or more protein. Also, I know people benefit from journaling their food when they plateau to refocus on what might be thwarting their efforts.
