Default Yogurt?

Hi everyone!

I am on my second day of week 2 of Phase 1. Today at the gym my trainer noticed that I just cannot lift the weights I could lift last week. Plus my legs were feeling really tired on the elliptical trainer today, and we worked chest, shoulders & triceps! So that wouldn't affect my legs!

He wants me to have a fat free yogurt 45 minutes before our sessions. I guess that means I'm bumping myself up to Phase 2?

Does anyone have any yogurt suggestions?? I don't live near a Trader Joe's or anything. I live about 25 miles south of Seattle, we have a Safeway, Albertson's or Fred Meyer.

Thanks in advance!

Jessica

I find that Yoplait fat free sugar free is my favorite. I find it all
over Illinois, hopefully they have it by you too!!! Its funny
how limited our selections can be because of where we live!
I live in a town of 2400 people and it is hard to get alot of things
locally. We are 40 minutes from Peoria which has just about
anything I need I do find on Phase II that if I eat all the carbs
listed, I am more sluggish than I ha been on PhaseI, so I cut
back on the carbs. I ate my first bread in over 4 weeks on
Sunday, I had a grilled hamb. on a bun! Bread, I do not really
miss, but I have to admit it tasted good!!!!

Hey Jessie!! I was in a similar situation with the fatigue during workout sessions while on Phase 1. My trainer suggested the same thing. I drink the Dannon Light and Fit Smoothie (no added sugar) on my way to the gym.. Very Delicious. I find it at the regular grocery store.

Thank you everyone! I'll have to stop at the grocery store on my way home from work today!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who had a decrease in strength.

Those smoothies sound good! I hope my stores carry those!
