Default Returning to the beach, and new to the SBD board.
Hi guys, so tomorrow I will be going back on the beach. I followed the plan last year and got great results, unfortunately I slipped up and just fell off since then. I'm ready to start feeling healthy again and start losing those pounds! I've been lurking around these boards for awhile, but never posted anything. I figured that posting and being active on here would help in keeping me on track. So I look forward to meeting everyone and helping each other!

Welcome Monica, I find it helps tremendously. Especially seeing others have the same struggles at times. Really great for staying focused and on track.
